راودتنى فكرة تحويل أغانى عمرو دياب إلى أغانى أجنبية منذ فترات طويلة, حيث يمكن لعمرو دياب أن يعيد غناء أغانيه و حتى ألبوماته كاملةْ باللغة الإنجليزية على سبيل المثال, بنفس اللحن
هذه التجربة تتطلب منى إعادة صياغة كلمات أغانى عمرو دياب عن طريق إدخالها إلى الثقافة الغربية بشكل سلس و سهل الحفظ, مع وجود تيمات ذات نكهة ديابية
الموضوع ليس مجرد ترجمة حرفية, و لا حتى مجرد ترجمة, و لكن الموضوع يتطلب منى إحساس موسيقى و ثقافى و وعى داخلى بما يمكن أن أقدمه لدياب, و ما يمكن أن يقدمه دياب للثقافة الغربية
